The Annual Meeting of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Northumberland will be held at the Newcastle racecourse, Gosforth Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 5HP on Monday, 30th November 2015, at 3.00p.m. prompt. Brethren to be seated by 2:30.
All Installed Masters and Wardens of Lodges in the Province are reminded that it is their duty to attend the Meetings of Provincial Grand Lodge. Master Masons, although they have no voting power, are invited and encouraged to attend.
The Meeting will be followed at 5:45 pm by a Dinner in the Gosforth Park Suite, all Brethren being eligible to attend. The cost of the meal will be £26.00 per person. The closing date for applications is Friday 6th November 2015.
