A very busy and successful evening at the Annual meeting of Lodge Temperance 2557 on Tuesday 21st October with a 3rd degree and the installation of the Master Elect for a further year. Thank you to all the visiting Brethren.
Congratulations to Bro Charles on being raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason and well done to W Bro Chris our Worshipful Master for a faultless ceremony. This was a very special 3rd as it was attended by Bro Charles’ father, W Bro Bert, a first time visitor to the Lodge, who confirmed that his son was the fourth generation of Mason in his family. A special mention to Bro Dr. Chris for his work as Senior Deacon, Bro Steve as Inner Guard and W bro Kevin as Junior Warden.
Congratulations also to Master Elect, W Bro Chris who was ably installed in the Chair of King Solomon for a further year by W Bro Terry, Director of Ceremonies.
The Lodge had the pleasant task of retracting the exclusion of two members, previously excluded for non payment of dues, as all money had been received.
