We have just added another short biography. W. Bro. Andrew Christopher Messer was a Freemason and founding member of Lodge Temperance 2557, he was a signatory on the petition sent to Grand Lodge, listed as being the Junior Deacon of Tyne Lodge 991 and an Engineer living in 1, Wooler Street, Wallsend. He was our first Tyler and bought the gavels and maul.
