Details of the annual meeting of Provincial Grand Lodge have been announced by the Provincial Grand Secretary:

The meeting will be held at the the Newcastle racecourse, High Gosforth Park, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 5HP on Thursday, 27th November 2014, at 3.00 p.m. prompt. Brethren to be seated by 2.30 p.m.

All Installed Masters and Wardens of Lodges are reminded that it is their duty to attend the Meetings of Provincial Grand Lodge. Master Masons, although they have no voting power, are invited and encouraged to attend.

The Meeting will be followed at 5:45 pm by a Dinner in the Gosforth Park Suite, all Brethren being eligible to attend.  The cost of the meal will be £31.00 per person.

The closing date for applications for the meal is Friday, 7th November 2014. The application form and further details will be issued with the summons and available at our next meeting.
